What it is
A patch you stick on your shoulder or the back of your neck. It warms the spot it is sitting on. That is the whole product.
We sell it because people ask for something small and cheap to try first. It is not the answer to a shoulder that has hurt for two years, and the pillows are what that actually needs. We would rather say so here than let you find out after paying.
How to use it
1. Clean, dry skin. Not over broken skin, a rash, or skin you have just put cream or oil on.
2. Peel and stick. On the shoulder or the back of the neck.

4. One use per patch. Do not stick a used one back on.

Who should not use it

Nidra Warmth is a patch. It warms the spot you stick it on, and then it is finished. It does not change the shape your neck and knees are held in for eight hours a night, which is what the rest of this shop is about.
If your shoulder has hurt for two years, a ₹349 patch is not the answer, and we are not going to write a page that suggests it is.
